OSCAR's vision is to remove all barriers so that every undergraduate student who wants to do research can.
Mission
OSCAR connects undergraduate students with structured opportunities to do research and creative projects by encouraging students to be researchers and artists, by offering funding programs, and by creating presentation opportunities, so that all students can participate in authentic research and creative experiences.
